What was your greatest professional achievement or most notable project in the last 12 months?
In 2021, I turned over a private residence in New York City. The project included custom millwork throughout, a custom staircase, several walkable skylights and more. Just four months into a 12-month schedule, the project was shut down due to COVID. We continued to work behind the scenes on coordination, shop drawings, RFIs, and a COVID-19 safety plan to ensure we hit the ground running once the site reopened. I am proud that my team and I worked through the challenges of the pandemic and delivered a beautiful project to a thrilled client.

Starting out in the construction business, who or what empowered you?
The support I received from my teams since joining Shawmut helped empower me and build my confidence on-site. I am grateful to have worked with many incredible people at Shawmut who challenged me and pushed me towards professional growth.
