I started as an office manager at a construction company.

I’m proud of the success and persistent growth of my company. I’m happy knowing our customers appreciate our services and the diligence of our employees.

What trends will dominate your industry in the coming months?

Compliance with environmental rules and regulations. Capturing and recycling washout just isn’t a “green” thing to do—it’s a legal requirement—and builders who ignore that do so at their own peril.

How do you contribute to your community or profession?

I am proud to support advocacy groups that support clean water and a healthy environment. These organizations play a major role in making citizens more aware of the importance of clean water and how they can help directly.
