If you want to be up to date on the most recent local transactions, the NYREJ is a must read. It's been part of my weekly routine forever. Q: The approximate year you discovered the NYREJ and what business you were in at the time: A: In 1981, working as tax certiorari property tax attorney, the NYREJ came to my attention as an excellent source of both data and perspective on the current market. Q: Your most memorable or favorite "15 minutes of fame" in the NYREJ: A: It's always rewarding to hear clients and real estate professionals tell us that they learned something new from an article written in the "Ask the Experts" section. We've been fortunate to have this occur regularly.
