515 East 72nd Street/Miraval Living unveils 20,000 s/f park

515 East 72nd Street/Miraval Living has officially unveiled its spectacular park, one of New York City's largest on-premises private parks, featuring the vast "Miraval Lawn." "When you buy a home at Miraval Living you get much more than an apartment, you get an all encompassing lifestyle with access to everything from a pool and spa to personalized Miraval classes and programs. This building has something for everyone and the new private park at Miraval is the final component that makes this residence complete," said Jim Sheehan, project manager of 515 East 72nd Street/Miraval Living. The 20,000 s/f park at Miraval Living was designed by H.M. White Architects. Miraval Living was developed to offer a one-of-a kind lifestyle for its homebuyers in collaboration with Miraval Resort and Spa. The building offers a range of homes from 575 s/f studios to 3,500 s/f five-bedroom apartments. Recently unveiled are the Tower Residences, 45 luxe homes located in the condominium's uppermost floors, offering expansive floor plans, large wrap balconies, abundant natural light, and sweeping East River and city views. "Miraval Living was created to reduce the stress of urban living and enhance your sense of well-being," said Elaine Diratz, senior managing director of Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the development. "The Miraval Park and hotel-like amenities package create the perfect composition of home and the ultimate getaway without the bother of going away."
