27-15 Realty LLC, Modern Spaces launch leasing at 20-unit Queens property

Queens, NY According to developer 27-15 Realty LLC, its new rental tower, 27-15 Astoria Blvd., has officially launched leasing, adding 20 one- and two-bedroom homes to the Astoria neighborhood. Modern Spaces is exclusively handling marketing and leasing for the building. Units range in size from 600 s/f to 940 s/f.

Amenities include apartment keypad entry; in-building laundry room; bicycle room; rooftop deck; parking; package room; furnished lobby and video intercom. All units also feature a private balcony, bathrooms with dark slate tiling; kitchens with Caesarstone countertops and Whirlpool appliances.

Designed by Stoa Design Studio Ltd, the building’s modern slate-colored exterior is a welcome addition to Astoria’s streetscape.

“From trendy beer gardens to some of the best Greek food in NYC, Astoria’s rich diversity continues to attract young professionals seeking more for their money compared to Manhattan and Brooklyn,” said Steve Lelekidis, licensed associate real estate broker at Modern Spaces.

Astoria’s rental market continues to show signs of growth, as the average net price per s/f rose 14% since Q2 2019, according to Modern Spaces’ Q3 2019 Market Report. Last quarter, one- and two- bedroom units accounted for 82% of Astoria’s rental market inventory, suggesting the area will continue to appeal to a young professional and millennial family demographic.
