Rockefeller Group tops out 123-unit condo building in Manhattan

Manhattan, NY According to Rockefeller Group, the firm celebrated topping out of  Rose Hill, its 123-unit condominium building development in the NoMad neighborhood. 

Located at 30 East 29th St., the building topped out at 600 ft. and 45 stories. The property will offer floor plans ranging from studio to four-bedroom units, including penthouses. The firm expects closings to begin in late 2020.  

Residents will have access to amenities including an exclusive bar and lounge that includes both indoor and outdoor seating. Additional amenities include 24-hour concierge and doorman, fitness center, 50-ft. indoor pool, billiards room, landscaped garden courtyard, package/mail room with cold storage, industrial sized washers & dryers.The residents will also have access to a studio guest suite available for reservation for visiting friends and family; bicycle storage and Sid’s Bike Repair Workshop; and a pet salon with grooming tub and table. 

CentraRuddy Architecture is the project architect and Lendlease is the general contractor.
