Name: Jack Jawdat Title: President Company Name: New York Commercial Real Estate, LTD Year Founded: 2009 Years with Company: 5 years Years in real estate industry: 15 years Q: The approximate number of years you have been a subscriber and/or how the NYREJ has been a benefit to you and/or your business: A: I have been a subscriber since my company, New York Commercial Real Estate was started in 2009. It has given us exposure to the many players in the commercial real estate market including businesses, investors, attorneys, architects, engineers, accountants and other financial professionals. This exposure has contributed to our rapid growth by generating business for us. Q: The approximate year you discovered the NYREJ and what business you were in at the time: A: I discovered it in 2005 while working for another commercial real estate firm. Q: Your most memorable "15 minutes of fame" in the NYREJ: A: There is no specific article. Every time I see an article about either myself or my colleagues, it is inspiring and makes us want to achieve more. The recognition also creates a spiraling effect - do more deals, then more recognition - and then more deals. And so forth.
