What do you like best about being a woman in the AEC industry? The thing I like the best about being a woman in construction is the fresh perspective I can bring to standard operating procedures. Creating a feedback loop between various parties which leads to improved processes and a polished final product. Not many people view a city’s structures or infrastructure as a beautiful thing, but being behind the scenes gives me a renewed appreciation for this industry every day.
