What do you like best about being a woman in the AEC industry? I would have to say answering this question! I get asked this specific question so often as if it were something odd for woman to be in this industry. I adore the strong support network I have built-up over the years and I enjoy assisting incoming young women to “leap-frog” over some of the challenges I first faced. I love my trade and my industry and wouldn’t change it for anything!
