What person, project, transaction or market trend had the greatest impact on your industry this year? Rising interest rates have impacted our volume as many lenders retain our services when originating refinancing loans with borrowers.
What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2022? Purchasing a building was a big step for the company. It was a vacant medical building that we have spruced up prior to moving in during the 4th quarter. We are actively seeking to achieve a LEED status with the USGBC and incorporating many energy/water savings initiatives.
