What person, project, transaction or market trend had the greatest impact on your industry this year? The pandemic has turned everything upside down. People we thought we knew in years past are no longer in the same companies and all our associations with people have changed as a result. It is very hard to reach people and get things done. Navigating the lines of communication are a part of this. My long background in construction law has been extremely helpful in this time period. There is still a lot of work going on and navigating those pitfalls and concerns is very helpful to my clients.
