2022 Year in Review: Benjamin Sather, Mojo Stumer Associates

Benjamin Sather
Project Architect
Mojo Stumer Associates

What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2022? My most notable project of 2022 would be Wego Chemical HQ located in the Village of Russell Gardens. This existing office building is getting an exterior update with a complete interior redesign. When finished, this property will be sure to turn heads.

How has your career path changed in 2022? Before 2022, my work was primarily in high-end residential. Now with people coming back to the office, commercial work is on the upswing and companies are making a greater effort to improve the built environment they work in. At MSA we look at every project as an opportunity to create welcoming, appealing, and engaging commercial spaces.
