Stay curious, ask questions, and don’t shy away from taking on tough challenges... That’s where real growth happens. Most importantly, focus on relationships. How do you inspire, motivate, or mentor others within your organization?
I am big on mentorship in the real world, not just theory, working alongside the team on strategy, problem-solving, client conversations, and navigating complex approvals with confidence. I also make sure we celebrate wins, uphold high standards, and connect each person’s growth to the bigger picture of our team’s and clients’ success.
