What accomplishment, milestone, project or transaction stood out for you or your firm in 2025? SARA honored SGA for our innovative use of AI in designing a 47-story, 87-unit luxury multifamily tower. This project was an impressive opportunity for our team to demonstrate how technology can accelerate modern development. Leveraging AI, we refined building massing, optimized city views, and strengthened overall performance, while keeping the resident experience at the forefront. Ultimately, the design exemplifies how AI can inform thoughtful, high-performing design, and reflects the future-forward approach we’re embracing at SGA.

What emerging trends or shifts will shape opportunities for you, your firm, or market sector in 2026? Opportunities will be shaped by human-centered design and high-performance spaces. Amenity-rich environments are evolving from checklist items to meaningful spaces that foster connection and creativity, with a demand for versatile social hubs, event areas, and outdoor spaces that encourage spontaneous interaction and support innovative work. Companies will continue to demonstrate a commitment to sustainability with low-carbon materials, LEED and WELL certifications, and adaptive reuse. These trends point to environments that are aligned with both how people work and how companies convey values.
