2025 marked NYC’s shift from hesitation to selective confidence. The most telling indicator was the wave of recapitalizations and JV restructurings in Midtown office assets, signaling real pricing clarity and renewed institutional interest. Office-to-residential conversions also moved from concept to action, showing the city’s commitment to rebalancing obsolete office stock and housing demand.

What accomplishment, milestone, project or transaction stood out for you or your firm in 2025? 
For Keller Augusta, the highlight was expanding our Dallas presence and completing several high-impact executive searches across finance, asset management, and investment roles. These searches deepened relationships with top institutional sponsors and positioned us for even broader national coverage.
