2025 Year in Review: Ami Eller, GPARENCY

Ami Eller
Senior Managing Director
GPARENCY

What accomplishment, milestone, project or transaction stood out for you or your firm in 2025?

GPARENCY worked with a bridge lender looking to expand its pool of money to continue lending. We succeeded in arranging a $30 million warehouse line of credit for this client. GPARENCY navigated the lender’s existing offers, beating them by an additional $20 million in proceeds – with more flexible terms overall and with no deposit requirement. Our lender/borrower was thrilled at this remarkable deal, which was secured at the cost of GPARENCY’s fixed, flat rate of $4,500 under our unique “Mortgage Assurance” model.

What emerging trends or shifts will shape opportunities for you, your firm, or market sector in 2026?

AI is becoming more prevalent in the day-to-day functioning of a wide range of industries. GPARENCY is bringing AI into all aspects of commercial real estate operations through a dynamic resource called AveryGPT. AveryGPT is a high-powered AI brain created by and for CRE insiders and their acquisitions teams. It captures every deal, automates repetitive tasks, and builds institutional memory from day one. Some primary applications of AveryGPT include acquisitions, lender outreach, and the overall placement of deals.
