What skill or quality do you believe is essential for success in your field today?

Success today in my opinion depends on being able to truly connect with people on a relatable level while staying true to yourself. It’s about knowing your audience, knowing your field inside and out, and communicating with empathy and purpose. That balance — between heart and hustle — is what makes a lasting impact.

What advice would you give to a woman considering a career in commercial real estate?

My advice would be do not hesitate to consider commercial real estate as a career — it’s an exciting field with endless opportunities for growth and fulfillment. It’s especially inspiring to see more strong, capable women making their mark and keeping up with (and often outpacing) the boys. If you’re driven, curious, and ready to work hard, there’s absolutely a place for you here.
