In construction, unexpected challenges are part of the job. What really sets you apart is how confidently and effectively you tackle those issues as they come up. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills aren’t just nice to have - they are what keep projects moving forward.
What advice would you give to a woman considering a career in commercial real estate?
Own your expertise. Commercial real estate is a male dominated industry, and that can feel intimidating at first. You have to remember you are here because you are qualified, capable and bring value.
