What skill or quality do you believe is essential for success in your field today?
Success in construction today means being both a strategist and connector – seeing the big picture, building strong relationships, and listening deeply to deliver smart, collaborative solutions that help people navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.
What advice would you give to a woman considering a career in commercial real estate?
This industry is built on relationships, and one of the most valuable things you can do early on is seek out mentors. Some will be peers, some will be senior leaders, and some might be outside your immediate field, but together, they’ll form your personal board of directors. These are the people who will challenge you, advocate for you, and help you see around corners. Lean on them, learn from them, and pay it forward when you can.
