Who or what has inspired you most in your career, and what advice would you share with the next generation of women entering the A/E/C industry? The greatest inspiration in my career is my mam. Growing up, I watched her tackle challenges with strength, resilience, and integrity. She managed multiple businesses, household work, and personal life with grace and determination, showing me that success isn’t just about personal achievement but about uplifting others. Her example shaped my leadership style, work ethic, and commitment to growth. Advice to women in A/E/C: Lead with confidence. Keep learning. Build strong networks. Stay humble yet bold. Embrace challenges. Champion diversity. Your voice and vision matter — use them boldly.
