2025 Ones To Watch - Industry Leaders: Michael Hults, IMEG

Michael Hults
Client Executive
IMEG

Sharing knowledge and expertise:

After 33 years as a commissioned U.S. Army officer, and now an IMEG principal, I mentor and encourage open communication. Leadership is caring for your team and their families. I involve my team in decision-making, considering their well-being, and ask them to do so too. I help my team understand the importance of empathy, responsibility, and integrity in leadership. I share my experiences, offer guidance, and challenge them to consider how actions affect others. I ask them to own their professional development and put people first. I want to develop leaders who prioritize their teams’ growth.

Giving Back:

Serving on the Board of Directors for United Veterans Beacon House (UVBH) has been impactful to me, as a recent military retiree and combat veteran. Having firsthand experience of the challenges veterans face after service, I deeply relate to the UVBH mission. Their commitment to providing shelter, sustenance, and comprehensive support to veterans in need resonates with me on a personal level. I strongly believe in UVBH’s focus on housing and vital services like employment assistance, mental health support, and rehabilitation programs. I am proud to contribute to such an important cause.
