“From humble beginnings to law firm Partner, Joseph Packard is a true industry leader. Recent goal and impact:

I led our recent office move and expansion — from sourcing and negotiating the lease, to collaborating with architects and designers on layout, finishes, and furniture. I also coordinated logistics with movers and IT specialists to complete the move in just two days with minimal business disruption. By maintaining clear communication and supporting staff throughout, we preserved morale during a hectic time and set the stage for future growth.

Turning problems into opportunities:

Our firm wanted to improve client communication by shifting from a reactive to a proactive approach. I helped implement a scheduled outreach program, which led to more in-person meetings and meaningful check-ins. As a result, client satisfaction significantly increased, and we saw measurable growth in both business volume and client retention.

Sharing knowledge and expertise: I maintain an open-door policy and prioritize being approachable and available to colleagues. I take pride in my ability to explain complex concepts in multiple ways, tailoring my approach based on the person I’m working with. Whether it’s through one-on-one walkthroughs, visual aids, or real-world analogies, I focus on making information accessible and applicable, helping others grow their understanding and confidence.

Building an empire of trusted relationships: The vision and impact of IREON - by Steven Kirschner

After spending decades investing time and money without a justifiable return, I wanted to create a business development organization consisting of friends who did not compete in business.
