2024 Year in Review: Kenny Eisman, HUB International

Kenny Eisman
Vice President
HUB International

What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2024? This was a complicated deal because this is one of the first to be approved under the new NY rules. Interior remodels in NY have their own challenges with occupancy on other floors, but it was exciting to help with this transition.

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2025? In 2025, I am looking forward to seeing how the City of Yes affects the new construction as well as the affordable housing industry. Nationally, with a new administration, I am hopeful that they will make building affordable housing a priority.
