What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2024? 

For the year 2024, in addition to its share of commercial projects from its loyal client base, Rosenbaum Design Group was fully immersed as lead architect in the revitalization of the Shops on Broadway in Hicksville, NY. Working with the dream team of developers: K/BTF Broadway LLC., consisting of BTF Capital; KABR Group; and AJM BRE Ventures, our design department members, notably Michael Ziatyk and Todd Britton, were fully committed to the endgame goal of providing an inviting, modern, open-air concept from what had become a mundane and lackluster center. The result - a true entertainment and shopping destination for family and friends in the heart of Nassau County, NY.
