What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of?

Over the past few years, in an extremely challenging market, I have successfully expanded my practice and developed new clients across various industries. Through relationships I have fostered, I have grown my client base. I have helped clients restructure their real estate and businesses, address the challenges of financing leasehold improvements, and expanded a unique specialty practice in data center and colocation leasing, in response to the surge in demand in AI. It is incredibly gratifying to have clients from different industries seek my counsel and advice and value me as their partner.

What are the most important factors young women should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with?

Young women should prioritize firms that have strong women as leaders, value their growth, offer mentorship, and foster an inclusive environment where their voices are heard. Look for firms that provide opportunities for leadership, skill development, and meaningful work that challenges and empowers you. Equally important is a supportive culture that values contributions and provides sponsorship. Surround yourself with colleagues who advocate for your success and celebrate your achievements.
