How do you balance your rising career with your personal life? Working on a small team presents many opportunities for growing professionally, however it also can be challenging with the added responsibilities. Creating and tackling ‘to-do lists’ keeps me on track and focused. I also believe single tasking increases my productivity and is the key to improving time management.
