Alix Curtin

Ariel Property Advisors

“Alix joined Ariel Property Advisors in September 2023 and immediately became a productive member of our Investment Sales team. How do you balance your rising career with your personal life? Exercise has always been a tool to help me achieve balance. I also heavily rely on my amazing support system to help me balance my career and personal life. I’m grateful to have friends and family who share similar ambitious goals and also help me keep things in perspective.

Beyond your professional achievements, what are some of your passions or hobbies? Running is a passion. I started distance running during the pandemic and it has become a form of therapy, an outlet to de-stress, brainstorm ideas, and work towards becoming a better version of myself. I’ve participated in two NYC Marathons, Brooklyn Half Marathon, and plan to run the Berlin Marathon.

Who are the key people in your life that have contributed to your success? I owe much of my success to my grandmother. For 30 years, she was a top-performing residential agent in the Boston area. She taught me many skills including treating everyone with respect and good manners, paying attention to detail, not becoming too emotionally involved in deals, being a good listener.
