In the last 12 months what was one of the biggest challenges you faced as a leader and how did you overcome it? We had a dramatic slowdown in new development work as interest rates and construction costs rose rapidly. With high overhead form several very good years it has been a challenge to manage costs and staffing as we transition to doing less new development and more inspection work mandated by ordinance in NYC, NJ, Jersey City, and Florida.
