What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2023? In 2023 we finished work on our largest project to date. This mixed-use development in Long Island City encompassed a site across six lots that was excavated to 30 ft. below grade to allow for a basement and parking garage under the building and to remove contaminated soils. This site was contaminated by dry cleaning chemicals and was remediated under the NYS Brownfield Cleanup Program.

How has your career path changed in 2023? My career path changed significantly in 2023. By hiring key management level employees, I have freed up significant time that I can now apply to business development, networking and employee mentoring, as well as volunteer work and recreational activities. I didn’t know what I was missing until now! Highly recommend this to any business owner.
