In 2023, one of JRM’s notable successes was expertly completing a large-scale redevelopment of 125 West End Ave. into a cutting-edge life science complex for Taconic Partners. We are also launching another innovative life science venture at 309 East 94^th St for Taconic, epitomizing a year of dynamic achievements in urban construction and life sciences.
