What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? I was recently promoted to Partner at Anchin. As a new Partner and a leader in the Real Estate Group, I am looking forward to utilizing my industry expertise to grow the real estate practice and mentor the junior staff by sharing my knowledge and guiding their professional career development.
What are the most important factors women in your industry should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with? It is important to ensure your values align with those of the firms as this compatibility will better support your long-term career growth.
Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you? Throughout my life, I’ve been inspired by Serena Williams. Her dedication to being the best in her sport has motivated me to be the best in my field.
