How can AEC companies recruit more women? Organizations that champion the education of young women provide valuable opportunities for companies to contribute and volunteer. One such organization that Bohler Engineering highly recommends is Girls Inc. In addition to mentoring and fostering leadership skills, Girls Inc encourages young women to explore and develop their passion for STEM. By providing early support and encouragement to young women in STEM, companies can cultivate a diverse and innovative workforce for the future. It is our obligation to give back to our communities and promote the education and growth of young women. Through partnerships with organizations like Girls Inc, Bohler strives to motivate and enable young women to pursue their interests in STEM and become tomorrow’s trailblazers and visionaries in the industry.
