What advice would you offer to other women getting into the construction industry? The one piece of advice I would offer women getting into the construction industry is to stay confident and take up space. Working in a male dominated field can sometimes get intimidating. There might be instances where you will be the only woman on a construction site, or the only woman in your office leading a team. Do not let that discourage you, rather, let it motivate you. Working with The Falcon Group, it is inspiring to work alongside women advancing rapidly in this industry. It is time for us to even out the ratio of male to female in this industry.
