What is your favorite building in New York? Definitely 420 Lexington Ave. The décor, location, and views are unparalleled. Upon entering the building, you’re immediately greeted with a beautiful arched high-ceiling lobby. During the holidays, the lobby receives a seasonal décor refresh that makes the space feel special. The elevators resemble that of The Great Gatsby and there’s an amazing view of the city from our office, which is in the building right above Grand Central, and is very convenient with the newly accessible LIRR, Subway, and Metro-North. The lower-level dining court makes lunch trips hassle-free. This is an A+ building.
