When I am not working, I am: Spending time with my wife and four children or playing tennis. 

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? In April of 2022 I closed on The Lakes at Collier Commons in Land O Lakes, FL. This was a beautiful 2004 vintage property consisting of 252 units. The total purchase price was $71 million and despite volatility in the debt market it was an extremely smooth transaction.
