2023 Ones to Watch Rising Stars: Jocelyn Glymph, Resolution Real Estate Partners

Jocelyn Glymph
Project Manager
Resolution Real Estate Partners

Number of years at firm:

One thing on my bucket list: Skydiving in Dubai over the Palm Islands or bungee jumping over Victoria Falls. For me, they are both priorities!

When I am not working, I am: Running and practicing for marathons. Last year, I ran the Chicago marathon, this year I plan to run in my hometown race, New York!

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? We are currently working on a residential conversion of an older office property in Manhattan. It is always challenging to work with older assets but we have a great team that has already achieved the white boxing of the first two floors. Our next focus will be the preparation of amenity spaces. Another project we recently completed – and my first assignment at Resolution – was assisting on the gut renovation of 150 East 45th St. for HAB Bank. It was exciting to participate in transforming a 42,000 s/f, circa 1980s building into the stunning, contemporary headquarters of a multinational banking institution.

What makes this nominee a RISING STAR?

“From day one, Jocelyn took on the responsibility for several projects already in progress. Her work ethic is unparalleled, as is her enthusiasm for each project. She represents the next generation of project managers who are bringing both job-site experience and educational training to the job.” - Gerard Nocera, Managing Partner at Resolution Real Estate Partners
