What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?We just closed on a 3-pack of multifamily assets in North Carolina. Each one was awarded to us because of the performance of the previous closing. We bought at a wonderful basis allowing our investors to really capitalize on a time of uncertainty.
