What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? In my career, I have accomplished many things that I am proud of, However, I believe it will be my ability to navigate through this turmoil time in commercial real estate. With the banking crisis, rising interest rates and the hardship that is about to occur, closing transactions and helping my clients through these difficult situations is what I am most proud of. This difficulty time will also lead to some of the greatest opportunities if you are able to work hard, be a problem solver, think ahead and handle the highs and lows.
