What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? 
Our work in the education market is particularly satisfying, including a pre-built community school building at 556 New Lots Ave. in Brooklyn, which just received a DOB new building approval. The six-story structure requires setbacks above the 4^th floor on two street frontages. Despite zoning constraints, our architectural team has achieved the desired functionality and square footages.
