He takes advantage of every square inch of available and allowed square footage to create visually stunning buildings, which is a very sought after skill in the highly regulated NYC market.
What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of?
Our work in the education market is particularly satisfying, including a pre-built community school building at 556 New Lots Ave. in Brooklyn, which just received a DOB new building approval. The six-story structure requires setbacks above the 4th floor on two street frontages. Despite zoning constraints, our architectural team has achieved the desired functionality and square footages.
