This ensures the industry knows what we stand for, not just what we do. These values drive internal communications, brand exposure, networking, and project pursuits, all with client-focused priority.

Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you most?
My father, Ronald A Finamore (1934 -2005), was a hardworking NY construction contractor. Performance-oriented and a master of client relationships. In his words, “Raise the bar at every turn.” He was recognized as technically knowledgeable and authentic, with traits of truth, honesty, and respect, which “didn’t fall far from the tree” as I possess and practice to this day.
