Represented a prominent institutional lender in connection with a line of credit facility in the amount of $52,223,200 to provide leverage to an underlying lender for an underlying loan to finance the construction of a mixed-use, multi-family project consisting of 361 residential units and 14 retail units in Charlotte, North Carolina.
