What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? 
I recently structured a complex 1031 split-up transaction for a client involving partner litigation, departing partners via installment notes, and multiple properties across various jurisdictions both on sale and replacement. Open lines of communication helped the process go smoothly, and I was able to train staff on multiple novel issues.
