Bob created The Knakal Map Room, a unique platform that presents a groundbreaking map featuring details of all Manhattan developments, including those under construction as well as planned and potential sites. Additionally, it hosts a comprehensive land index dating back to 1984, a first in New York City’s real estate history.
What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of?
I recently eclipsed the 2,250 closed transaction mark for my career. I am now at 2,282 and over $22 billion in aggregate consideration. I have my sights set on 3,000 sales, getting there just one at a time and trying to exceed client expectations on each one of them.
