Our market influencer of the year is, COFR, James Powell. The speed of the Fed tightening was unforeseen by the majority of market players. With the cost of long term debt continuing to rise, it is presenting systemic challenges. 2023 will bring the most exciting opportunity for many since 2010!
What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2023?
With the growth drivers, lower interest rates and rent appreciation, having reached their peaks during the latter half of 2022 the multifamily space is primed to begin to feel the effects of oversaturation as we grind through 2023.
