B6 Real Estate Advisors

In the last 12 months, what was your TOP career highlight? Professional fulfillment has been the biggest highlight of my year. Having the opportunity to lead The Johnston Team and play a meaningful part in the overall success of B6 Real Estate Advisors has been the culmination of a 10-year goal I set for myself when I launched my career. I am grateful to have the opportunity to set new goals at a firm that aligns so perfectly with my work ethic.

In the last 12 months, what ONE award were you most proud to receive? In April of 2022, our team was awarded as the firm’s Top Agent, leading the company in total production. The work, sacrifice, and tenacity each member of our team exerted to reach this standing is remarkable. I couldn’t be prouder of our team and their dedication to our business.

What advice would you give the next generation of women in your industry? Find what drives you and surround yourself with like-minded professionals. Having a passion for what you do and working amongst those who acknowledge you for your strengths is the key to a successful career in this industry.

In the last 12 months how have you helped your industry grow through professional creativity, innovation and leadership? Guiding my team to deliver the best results for our clients through structured execution, creative marketing outlets, and a defined team image. We have become thought leaders in our submarket by building a defined business plan, leveraging Proptech and modern marketing tools. Our team structure and execution has become the roadmap within our company.
