What was the biggest lesson you learned while working during the pandemic?
I have learned that New York City commercial real estate market will always have supply and demand and that major events like pandemics change investors agendas which is always good for our business.
What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2021?
A brand new construction project out of NYC we recently put under contract and is supposed to close by early 2022. It was an exciting deal because the building is located outside of New York City and it is still under construction so finding a buyer was a challenge but luckily and thanks to our wide database of buyers at Alpha Realty we eventually found the perfect buyer for this deal.
