What was the biggest lesson you learned while working during the pandemic?
That with the right equipment for the staff, working remotely is possible and productivity doesn’t need to suffer.

What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2021?
We started the year with a portfolio of buildings for one of our bank clients and just kept rolling from there.

What are your predictions for your industry in 2022?
It appears that banks will continue to be active with making commercial real estate loans. So, I am betting on that.

What is the best advice you received in 2021, and who was it from?

How has your working environment changed over the last year?
More split time between the office and home to lessen the number of people in the office at one time.
