What was the biggest lesson you learned while working during the pandemic?
The biggest lesson I learned during the pandemic is that life and work don’t stop just because the world did. Even when work pauses on a job site for a few months, my work goes on since the neighbors next to a construction site can still experience issues. Leaks happen, unmonitored sites attract trash which can lead to fines, scaffolding stays up and has its own issues. Basically, just because everyone stops actively working, doesn’t mean that there aren’t a hundred small things that need to be monitored and managed throughout.
