What would you tell your daughter if she was interested in following in your footsteps?
If my daughter would be interested in following my footsteps I would encourage her to consider the following. Firstly, it is wonderful to witness NYS Sustainable Corp. making an impact on such an inspirational member of my family, my daughter. She would undoubtedly remember the calls, the meetings, and all the Zoom conference calls that now take place in her life today while preparing lunches, dinner, and homework reviews. So my response would be to take her lessons from working in a collaborative and dynamic environment, continue to challenge herself, and make every effort to be an entrepreneur that not only inspires the next generation, but brings you the most invaluable commodity of life—time! Don’t do what Mommy does! Do the best you. Be true to what inspires your existence, your talent, your life in the most fulfilling of ways that supersede money. Elevate your expectations, your goals, your joy, and most critical–your life!

What recent project or accomplishment are you most proud of?
During this highly turbulent pandemic influenced environment, NYS Sustainable Corp. has experienced a shift in disciplines. During this shift of commercial renewable procurement efforts–one point has taken precedence, a more influential and creative approach to NOT doing business as usual. To that end, and as the infrastructure grows to facilitate progressive clean energy integration efforts, NYSSC is bridging well-positioned developers, credit acquisition, and community economic considerations and successfully mobilize projects. NYSSC supports private and public clean energy initiatives and projects towards the influence of localized labor optimization within the renewable sector, while decreasing utility stress demands. NYSSC is proud of the secured multiple large-scale renewable projects currently underway in New York State and throughout the United States.
