I once sold an office building on one of the most culturally diverse corners in the U.S. I made the deal and learned a lot about myself and other cultures.

What led you to your current profession? 
They key personality aspects of this career attracted me and have been a great fit for the past 15 years.

Who or what inspires you? 
The thrill of winning!

What can our political leaders do to increase equality in the workplace? 
I think there should be a federal guideline to adhere to, rather than determining on the state level.

If your life were made into a movie, what actor would you want to portray you? 
Either Al Pacino or Avi from Entourage.

What social media platform do you use the most professionally? 
LinkedIn is the strongest social media platform I use–during COVID times, I’ve managed to exponentially increase my company’s following, enabling us to get more exposure.

How do you contribute to your community or your profession? 
I belong to six different organizations where I serve on the board and volunteer my time.

What do you like most about your job? 
The always-changing environment and the challenge it presents.
